Quammie WilliamQUAMMIE, William Alexander - Peacefully into the arms of the Lord, William left for his eternal home on October 7, 2017 at the age of 90.

Cherished husband of Monica. Predeceased by his first wife Lyris.

Father of Rommel, Merlyn, Helen, Trevor, Randy and William Jr. Grandpa of ten grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Proud stepdad of Barry and Gail. Grandpa of seven grandchildren.

Survived by his sister Elaine (John), many nieces, nephews and friends.

William was a proud, longtime member of the Bethel Gospel Tabernacle Church Family. He devoted his time to a variety of volunteer positions within the church including the prayer team, seniors' choir and anywhere else there was a need. He was a blessing to all who knew him and he will be deeply missed by those whose lives he touched.

A special thank you to our good friends Ken, Lorna and Joyce for the overwhelming love and support you have shown.

Williams family invite you to gather at Cresmount Funeral Home, 322 Fennell Ave. East, Hamilton on Wednesday, October 11th from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m.

A Funeral Service will be held at Bethel Gospel Tabernacle on Thursday, October 12th at 10 a.m. Interment to follow.

In William's memory, donations to Bethel Gospel Tabernacle's Outreach Ministry would be appreciated by the family.
