Topp GeorgeTOPP, George Frederick -  It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce that our Dad has passed away peacefully in his sleep, on Monday, December 4, 2017 at Anson Place, Hagersville, in his 91st year.

Predeceased by his loving Wife Elaine (2009). Loving Father to Beverly Dickson (Russ), Fred (Judy), Brenda (Bill), Greg (Gayle) and Tom (Shirley). Grandfather to 16, Great Grandfather to 35 and Great-Great Grandfather of 5 with 3 more on the way.

George now joins many family members in heaven, sisters, Dorothy (Ed), Marjorie (Stan), Elsie (Johnny) and Fern (Ray) as well as brother-in-laws Elliot and Tom (Joyce).

George worked many years for International Harvester before his retirement, he was also a retired volunteer fire fighter of the Canfield Fire Department, and a long time Mason member of St. John’s Lodge #35. 

Visitation will take place in the Miller Funeral Chapel, Cayuga, on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9p.m. A Masonic service will be held in the funeral home at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. The Funeral service will be celebrated in the Canfield United Church, on Friday, December 8, 2017 at 1p.m. Interment to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canfield United Church, Haldimand War memorial Hospital or the Charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
