Retired employee of the Hamilton General Hospital for many years.
Ercole enjoyed the simple things in life, his gardening, making wine and canning season. First priority was spending quality time with his family, especially his granddaughters. He was always the life of the party and always looking for the next joke to make people laugh or put a smile on their face. He will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful team at Queen’s Garden, especially the Dundurn staff, for the love, care and support they have given him and his family over the past 5 years.
Visitation at the Markey-Dermody Funeral Home on Thursday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers at 3 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 165 Prospect Street North, Hamilton on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow.
