We Regret to Announce That We Have Had to Discontinue

For years, we have posted regional death notices as a free public service, while taking on the complete cost of publishing ourselves. We can no longer do so.

Without participating Funeral Centres, Cemeteries, Monument Suppliers and Local Businesses advertising with us, we can no longer run this website at a financial deficit.

We have received dozens of emails by folks upset at the discontinuation of our daily updates, and we apologize.  We also love this site, and considered it a great service to the public by accumulating and listing all Regional Obituaries in one spot.

Also, we appreciate the privacy to not contact the families of friends for funeral arrangements who may be shortly passing, as well as, friends not having to frequently check all local funeral centre websites for service information.

Sponsors are welcome to participate and support HamiltonObituaries.com by advertising (i.e., local funeral centres, cemeteries, monument suppliers or local businesses, ...we would also include your Banners and Direct Links to your websites) – please  contact us for info!

Participating Funeral Centres will be prominently Featured; within their Region, and within the Obituary Notices, including Links redirecting viewers to your Websites.

We are continuing to publish notices to DurhamObituraies.com …  and also for now, TorontoObituaries.com and HaltonObituaries.com

Thank you for visiting our website.

We plan to have the 9 other Regional Websites back on-line soon!

Gibson KatherineGIBSON, Katherine Kristine “Kathi”  - Entered into rest surrounded by the love of her family at Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice in Hamilton on Tuesday, July 31, 2018.

Kathi (nee Puscher) was the beloved wife and soul mate of Ed Gibson.

Proud Mom of Natasha (Paul Dubord), Chelsie Gibson (Erik Hayes) and Baillie Gibson. Devoted Nanny of Keeghan, Mila, and Aria. Oldest sister of Timothy and Marcus.

Dear daughter of Heidi (Ron Woodhouse). Sadly missed by her sister-in-law Judy Harris and her daughter Shannon, mother-in-law Joan Sabine and father-in-law Ralph Gibson. Forever remembered by relatives and friends.

Kathi will also be missed by her Friends at Remax Escarpment, the Unicorns, and all of the Knight's Beach Family. She would say, "let the real Shenanigans Begin".

Kathi’s infectious laugh and smile will forever fill our hearts with warmth. She loved her family and friends; making memories at her Happy Place. Her pride and joy were her grandchildren; baking, and traveling on many adventures. Kathi was our world, meaning so very much to each of us and we will miss her beyond measure.

In keeping with Kathi’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A gathering to celebrate her life will be held at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, Hamilton, on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until the service in the chapel at 3:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice would be appreciated.
