Richens DougRICHENS, Douglas Alan - Passed away at Belleville General Hospital on Saturday, February 11, 2017 after a long, courageous battle with cancer, at the age of 57.

Loving husband of 35 years to Wendy Richens.

Dear father of Douglas Jr (Emily), Krystal (Shawn) and Liam, and father figure to Bobbie-Joe (Brittany).

Devoted Grandfather to Lucy, Alice and Connor.

Beloved Brother to John (Sandy), Stanley (Karen), Mary Ann (Richard), Brian (Angie), Gerry (Katherine) and Dean (Jacinta). Also beloved son-in-law of Roy and Brenda Kemsley and Jackie Terry and brother-in-law of Rob and Rich (Tara).

Predeceased by his father, Arthur Richens and his mother, Theresa Terry (Wayne).

Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and foster children.

Doug was employed with DND for 34 years, most of that time in the Electrical Shop.

Special Thanks to the doctors and nurses at Belleville General Hospital and Kingston General Hospital. Their care seemed above and beyond.

Service will be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall - 57 Stella Cres., Trenton - on Saturday February 18th at 2pm. If Doug touched your life, please join us.
