Ervine LoisERVINE, Lois Mary (nee Phillips) - Born April 4, 1933 in Percy Township, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Village Green Nursing Home (Selby) on Monday, March 13, 2017.

Daughter of the late Geneva (VanSlyke) and Frank Phillips, Frankford.

Predeceased by her beloved husband, Raymond (Ray) Ervine.

Loving and devoted Mom to Sharon Stafford (Brian), Steven (Mavis), Peter (the late Leann), Darryl (Janet), and Scott (Sherry).

She had a special bond with each of her granddaughters and was loved by Kerry (Kevin), Lee (Ryan), Hollye (Scott), Sarah (David), Hannah and Chloe.

Lois cherished her great grandsons Carson Douglas and Jack Douglas.

Dear sister of the late Hugh Phillips, Helen Hanoski and Howard Phillips.

Lois was a retired Nortel NetWorks employee and an active member of the Pioneer Club. Lois will be missed by her long time friend and companion Dorothy Ketcheson. Lois was a parishioner of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church and a member of the Catholic Women's League.

Friends are invited to visit at the Burke Funeral Home, Belleville on Tuesday, March 21st, 2017 from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Michael's Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 22nd at 10:30 a.m. followed by a reception in the parish hall. Interment at Belleville.
