TEMPLETON, William Kennedy - Passed away peacefully on Saturday April 15, 2017 at 92 years of age.

Beloved husband of Cecelia for 59 years.

Loving father of Carol Ann Mahler (John), Dan, and Karey.

Memories of Grandpa will be cherished by his grandchildren Nicole, Cameron, Matthew, and Nicholas.

He will be sadly missed by his nephew Alan in Scotland, his many nieces and nephews in Canada, and fondly remembered by many friends.

Predeceased by his sister Mabel Petrie (Ray) and parents Ernest and Edith.

Bill was born in Prestwick, Scotland in 1924. He was with the 395 Battery of Berkshire Yeomanry (1944-1947) stationed in East Grinstead, Sussex and served in India and Burma. He emigrated from Scotland to Canada in 1953 and settled in Trenton in 1954.

Cremation has taken place and a funeral service will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 16 Marmora Street, Trenton on Monday April 24th at 2 p.m.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
