Ron leaves to mourn his wife of 52 years Glena (Moxam) Burke. 

Father of Elaine (Myles), Caroll (Pat), Bernice (Mike), Pauline (Tom), Rhonda, and Rita (Jeff). 

Grandfather of Travis, Laura, Shannon, Sam, Brittany, Stephanie, Erin, John, Jordan, Ryan, Rachel, Hayley, Josephine and Michyla. Great-grandfather of 13. 

Ron was predeceased by 1 great-grandchild, and will be missed by many family and friends. 

Ron’s family will receive relatives and friends at the M.G. Daly Funeral Home, Maynooth on Wednesday evening 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. and again on Thursday, August 10, 2017 from 9:00 – 10:45 a.m.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Ignatius Martyr Catholic Church (51 Hwy 127, Maynooth) on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment at Maynooth. 

As expressions of sympathy, donations to The Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice North hastings would be appreciated by the family.
