For years, we have posted regional death notices as a free public service, while taking on the complete cost of publishing ourselves. We can no longer do so.

Without participating Funeral Centres, Cemeteries, Monument Suppliers and Local Businesses advertising with us, we can no longer run this website at a financial deficit.

We have received dozens of emails by folks upset at the discontinuation of our daily updates, and we apologize.  We also love this site, and considered it a great service to the public by accumulating and listing all Regional Obituaries in one spot.

Also, we appreciate the privacy to not contact the families of friends for funeral arrangements who may be shortly passing, as well as, friends not having to frequently check all local funeral centre websites for service information.

WHATTAM, Bonita-Lou Phyllis 'Bonny' - Peacefully with her family, Bonny Whattam (nee Haigh) passed away at Hospice Prince Edward on Monday February 5, 2018, at the age of 75.

Bonny was the beloved wife of Ron Whattam who predeceased her by a week and quietly she expressed her desire to join him.

Loving mother to Kelly Robinson (Wally Wightman) of Brighton, Dennis Tunstead of Belleville, Tim (Shirley) Tunstead of Oshawa, Tracy Michael Tunstead of Gananoque and the late Mary Tunstead.

Bonny was the proud grandmother to Kristy, Ashley, Mitchell, Jordan, Dallas, Danielle (Chad), Steven and greatgrandmother to Angus, Zuri, Rilynn, Hunter, Keeyan and Zander.

Dear sister to Wendy Snider and Larry, Denny and the late Trevor Haigh.

Friends are invited to join family in remembrance and celebration of Bonny's life on Saturday February 24 from 11 am. until 1 pm. at the Whattam Funeral Home, Picton.

If desired memorial donations to Hospice Prince Edward would be appreciated.
