Crane BlanchCRANE, Blanch Eva (née Powell) – Entered into rest peacefully on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Ross Memorial Hospital in her 95th year.

Blanch was beloved wife of the late Henry Crane and the loving mother of Rose (Norman Watkins) and the late Lorne Crane (survived by Jane). Cherished grandma of Kevin and Steven Powell; Sandra and Debbie Watkins. Great-grandmother of Ethan and Jacob.

Dear sister of Fred Powell and predeceased by the late Raymond, Norman, Willis, Tom, Don, Frederick and Mary Powell.

Blanch will be missed by her companion John Gibbs, many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation will be held at the Salvation Army Citadel (51 Eglington Street, Lindsay) on Sunday, February 12th from 12:00p.m. until time of funeral service in the church at 1:00p.m.

If desired, a memorial donation to Salvation Army Citadel would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to the Mackey Funeral Home.
