Powers MargaretPOWERS, Margaret Catherine (Kedrosky) - Peacefully passed in her 98th year on March 1, 2017 at Ross Memorial Hospital, Lindsay.

Margaret was born on Nov 8, 1919 in Renfrew, Ontario. She was one of ten Kedrosky children. She is survived by her sisters Eva McManus, Retta Dakers (Ron), Shirley Kennelly, and brother Greg (Verna).

Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Jack Powers. Survived only by brother-in-law Jim Powers and his wife Helen. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. She was the devoted mother of four children: Sue Lajeunesse (John), Michael (Sandra), Gregory (Caroline) and Cathy. Loving grandmother to six grandchildren and ten great -grandchildren.

Margaret's inviting smile always made everyone feel comfortable. She enjoyed having her family around her, any card game, horseshoes, shuffleboard, and time spent in Florida.

In keeping with Margaret's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial mass at ST. LUKE'S CATHOLIC CHURCH in Downeyville will be held at a later date.

If desired, donations can be made to the foundation of your choice. Arrangements entrusted with STODDART FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, Lindsay.
