Son of the late Harold and Marilyn Hardy.

Survived by his daughters Kristen and Kelly and their families, by his twin sister Kim Albin, brother Steven and by his former wife Wendy. Remembered by his family and friends.


Horne RossHORNE, Ross Roy - (May 29, 1933 – May 8, 2017) -

Ross passed away peacefully at the Highland Wood Long Term Care, Haliburton with his devoted and much loved wife Jean (Long) of almost 61 years by his side.

He leaves 2 wonderful daughters, Debra Horne and Dale (Michel) Lafrance, and one son, Albert (Allison). He had 8 grandchildren, Douglas McHattie, Elizabeth Edwards, Miranda Hawkins, Natalie and Nicholas Lafrance, Deianira, Carissa and Alessandra Horne; and 10 great grandchildren, Dustin, Kingsley and Beau McHattie, Ethan, Chloe and Jacob Hawkins, Cameron Edwards, Keelan, Logan and Sophia Horne.

Ross was the only son of the late Roy and Irene Horne. He had 5 sisters, Laura, Grace, Ruth, Beverly and Pauline.

Barb was the beloved wife for 63 years of Don Dyson of Fenelon Falls.

Joan is lovingly remembered by her brother Ronald Lloyd Clark, and friends Peter, Sandra, Greg and Jessica Dodsworth. She was predeceased by her husbands Joe George Lewis and Russell Douglas Floyd.

Beloved husband of Judy and loving father of Cheri (Bruce), and Shaun (Top). Loving grandfather of Gavin (Dani), Brady (Rachel), Robby (Randi), Ben (Vic), Hannah and great grandfather of Rome.

On Thursday, May 4, 2017 at 3:30pm in Lindsay, Ontario, Lois Irene Baird left this life.

She was a loving daughter to John Andrew Pollock and Irene Pollock (nee White) (deceased), sister to Betty Waldie (nee Pollock), wife to James Baird (deceased) and mother to Calla Baird (deceased) and Carolyn Lois Baird.

She grew up in Lambton County and never lost her love of the land, she was an excellent gardener, passing on her knowledge and expertise to her daughter Carolyn.

Most of her adult life was spent in Deep River, Ontario, where she worked as a chemist at the Atomic Energy Facility in the Chalk River Nuclear Plant, Laboratories and Research Facility. She has lived for many years in Lindsay, Ontario.

Ruth was the beloved wife of the late Roblin Mathieson (1986) and mother to the late Brian (1989). She is survived by her son Bruce in Kelowna BC and his wife Cynthia, and her beloved grandson Ryan of Vancouver.

Ruth was the daughter of the Late Rev Jesse Arnup and Ella. She outlived all her siblings and their spouses: John (Dora), Harold (Agnes, Buster), Gray (Aileen), Mary (John) and Bill (Barbara). She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Stevens BeverleySTEVENS, Beverley Anne (nee Kelsey) - Born December 18, 1954, Beverley passed away on Friday, April 28, 2017, quietly and restfully at Ross Memorial Hospital in Lindsay. She is finally at peace after a long battle.

Beverley will be remembered fondly by her many family and friends, who knew her as an elections officer, a taxi driver, an excellent administrator and manager, a devoted volunteer, and above all else as a cheerful force.

Daughter of Marilyn (nee Austin) and the late Stanley Kelsey, she leaves behind two sons, Dylan and John, granddaughter Michelle Tracey, and her siblings Karen Archer (Melvin), Keith Kelsey (Ruth), Brian Kelsey (Carol), and Murray Kelsey (Helen), and her many nieces and nephews.
