He was the proud Poppa of Sasha Frandsen and her husband Mark Hewitt, Craig Frandsen; Brendan, Jessica and Emily Christensen; and Raina Tobin. Surviving him is his brother Edmund Tobin, brother-in-law Calvin Williams, and numerous nieces and nephews.

KELLWAY, Joan Marguerite - Passed away peacefully Friday December 22, 2017 in Kingston, Ontario at the age of 93.

She was predeceased by her loving husband James Garrett and is survived by her sons Jonathan and Matthew, daughters-in-law Reiko and Donna, grandchildren James, Emily, Kiko, Hannah and Rory.

Joan dedicated her life to her family and to education. She attended the University of Bristol during WWII, graduating in 1945 with an Honours B.A. and a Diploma in Education, while serving as a bomb shelter warden during nightly air raids. Post-WWII, Joan became Headmistress at a School in Berlin for the children of British Army soldiers.

Robert always had a smile and a helping hand for anyone who needed it. Whether it be assisting at his church; the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Glenburnie, by driving or helping with Sunday school. His faith was strong and he cherished his relationships with his fellow congregation members.

She graduated from the Hotel Dieu Hospital in 1959 as a RN and nursed in many hospitals around the World, Kingston, Cold Lake, Alta, Zwiebruken, Germany, Toronto, Lancaster, California and served as a Public Health Nurse for North Eastern Alberta.

She is survived by her husband, Bruce Watson, her five children, Pamela Richards, Jamie Watson, Heidi Andrews, Kristoffer Watson & Patrick Watson.
