WESTALL, Roger John - (1963 - 2017) - After a hard fought battle with diabetes, Roger passed away October 10, 2017 peacefully at home, where he wanted to be.
He is survived by his best friend Barry DeJong along with his children Daryll, Lindsy (Tony) and Stephanie and grandchildren Hayley, Quinn and Owen.

HAMILTON, Robert John - It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Robert John Hamilton, age 46, at Kingston General Hospital on October 9, 2017. Rob was surrounded by family as he peacefully succumbed to injuries sustained in a tragic accident.
Rob is survived by his mother, Carol Anne Cruise, grandmother Sybil Kelly, stepfather Gary Cruise, and trusted sidekick, Shetland Sheepdog Jak, all of Kingston.
He was predeceased by his best friend and grandfather John Kelly, and his steadfast companion, his Shetland Sheepdog, Ziggy.

SMITH, Eva Christine (nee Meyer-Bremen) - On October 9, 2017, in her 91st year, Eva Christine Smith (nee Meyer-Bremen) passed away as she would have wished - peacefully, in her sleep, at home with family.
Eva was born in 1926 to a prominent family in Dresden, Germany. Shortly after WWII, travelling on her own, Eva left what had become East Germany. Slipping through the border in East Berlin, she immigrated first to England, where she worked in London for five years, and then to Canada, where she lived the rest of her life.
Eva met her husband, Paul Smith (originally from Gananoque), at the Strathgowan Badminton Club in Toronto in 1954, quickly coming to embrace his close-knit family and their cottage in the Thousand Islands.
ANDERSON, Aidan M. - (October 25, 1999 - October 8, 2017) - It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Aidan M. Anderson; our son, brother and grandson.
Left to mourn are his mother Ann Stewart of Kingston, father Mark Anderson of Lindsay, and brothers Keiran and Liam, both of Kingston.

Aidan was a former student at Bayridge Secondary School. He enjoyed woodworking, as well as designing and constructing skateboards and he had passion for various genres of music.

DROVER, Frances Dorothy (Nan) - After a really good life, Frances passed away peacefully at the age of 83, in the early morning hours of October 8th, 2017.
Her final days were spent with loved ones and the amazing staff at Providence Care Hospital.
Frances and the late Fred Drover relocated to Kingston from Montreal in 1992 to be closer to their grandsons, and were longtime residents of Country Pines.
She was married to Fred for 60+ happy and very funny years. Sadly losing her son Ken Drover, Det. Sgt Peel Regional Police in March 2015. She is survived by her two daughters, Debra Drover (Maurice) of Montreal, and Brenda DeWitt (Brian).

She was the beloved wife of Morley Love (predeceased), treasured mother of Brian (Suzanne), Brenda (Russell) and Jennifer (Bradley), loving grandmother of Keith (Vanessa), Melissa (Eric), Martin, Alicia, and Caleb, and delighted great grandmother of Tyler, Sidnee, Adele, and Jaida Rose.
