CABRAL, Jose Travassos - It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Jose "Joe" Cabral, at the Toronto General Hospital on Wednesday, April 5, 2017.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Noemia Cabral; his two sons Paul (Jessica) and Robert (Kaitlynn); his siblings Lourdes De Amaral (the late Gabriel), Antonio Cabral (Maria), the late Rosaria Cabral, Lucy Pacheco (Miguel), Eulalia Bolarinho (Carlos); sister-in-law Tina Mara (Tom).

Sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews.

Joe was born January 4, 1951 in Vila Franca. Joe fought to the end a brave battle, trying to defeat cancer. 

Family and friends will gather at the GORDON F. TOMPKINS FUNERAL HOME, 435 Davis Drive, Kingston on Sunday, April 9th from 5 pm until 9 pm.

Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Family Church, Weller Avenue, on Monday, April 10th, at 11:00 a.m. Rite of Committal with prayers in Resurrection Cemetery at Glenhaven Memorial Gardens. 

For those wishing, donations to Canadian Cancer Society-Cancer Research or the Kidney Foundation, would be appreciated.
