Clarke DougCLARKE, Douglas Barry "The Entertainer" - Born October 15, 1952. After a very courageous battle, it is with sadness that the family announces Doug's passing on Monday, August 7, 2017.

He leaves behind his sons Jesse and Ryan, two granddaughters Hannah and Vanessa, also his mother and step-father Dorothy and Philip Edwards. Dear brother of Jim Clarke and uncle to Meaghan Barry (Kyle) and Michael Clarke. Remembered always by his partner Corinne Fleming.

Being a lifelong resident of Kingston means his many friends and associates will miss him.

The family would like to thank the Doctors and support staff at KGH-Burr Wing, and Providence Care-Palliative Care for their professionalism and support over this trying time.

At Doug's request cremation has taken place.  A celebration of Doug's life will take place in the James Reid Celebration Centre, 1900 John Counter Blvd., Kingston (please enter from the rear parking lot), on Thursday, August 10th between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or charity of choice would be appreciated.

Doug's family would like to thank everyone for their support during his illness.
