Payne JeannePAYNE, Jeanne (Manuel) - With grieving hearts, Jeanne's family announces her sudden passing at home on Monday July 3rd, 2017.

Cherished Mom, Grandma, daughter, sister, niece, aunt and friend.

Jeanne is survived by her mother Sophie Manuel, daughter Melissa Murray (Dan), grandsons Rowan and Ryder, brother Reg Manuel (Connie), sister Dale Poulter (Bart) and nephew Sean Poulter. She was predeceased by her father Rex Manuel.

 

Shorey LindaSHOREY, Linda Mary (McCready) - Entered into rest in her 78th year, after a lengthy battle with chronic heart and kidney disease at the Ottawa General Hospital on July 2, 2017, with all her family by her side.

Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, trips to the west coast to visit her daughter and family in Alberta and BC. She loved everyone and we were blessed to have her in our lives. She now joins her husband William Russell Shorey in heaven.

She is survived by her beloved children Terrie Shorey, Sue Leith (Al), Tom Shorey (Marina), Cathy Easter (Tim), and granddaughters Kelly (Chad), Lisa (Roy), Billie (Mike), Kristyna, Ann, Jaimie, Kristen, grandsons Isaac (Meagan), Mitch, Riley, Robert.

 

Lee CalvinLEE, Calvin Gar Pon - It is with great sadness that the family of Calvin Gar Pon Lee announces his passing at the age of 79, at Providence Care Hospital on Sunday July 2, 2017.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Yuen Sheung (Wong) and children, Helen (Greg) Hanna, Robert, and Andy (Laurie), and his grandchildren Niamh and Ciara. Dear brother of Yook Tong, Gar Yea, the late Yee Sum, and the late Lance.

Son of the late James Lee Ford and the late Shui Ying (Ng). He will be missed by his nephews and nieces: Richard, Archie, Judy, Carrie, Jim, Nancy, Fay, Tony, Brenda, Terri, Doris, Karen, James, and Earl.

 

McCutcheon PhyllisMcCUTCHEON, Phyllis Jeanne (nee Beaubien) - Was moved from her earthly home at the Village Green Nursing Home in Selby on Sunday, July 2, 2017 in her 87th year.

Deeply missed by her devoted husband Jim McCutcheon and her step-children Ray (Amie) McCutcheon, Linda (Wendon) Wattam and Bill (Linda) McCutcheon. She will be missed by her 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Predeceased by her brothers Bill Beaubien (late Doris), Dick Beaubien (late Thelma) and Maurice Beaubien (Sheila, Toronto).

Sadly missed by her 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Husband of the late Mary Louise (nee Meneray) and Vada Davidson (nee Massey). Survived by his children Tammie McGee (Richard Newburn), Matthew McGee (Georgette Young) and Terrie Cirne (Stuart Cirne).

Also survived by his grandchildren Brendan Warren (Anna Reibring), Caeleigh Harding (Tyler Harding), Alyssa Cirne (Michael McCabe), Christopher Cirne and Benjamin Cirne (Danika Cloutier) and great grandchild Chloe Harding.

 

Robison WayneROBISON, Charles 'Wayne' - (1944 - 2017) - With profound sadness, the family of Wayne Robison announces his death on June 30, 2017 at home, from cancer.

Wayne is survived by his wife and best friend of 50 years, Sheila Robison (nee Ashfield) and their daughters Jennifer Robison; Victoria Peters (Galen); Jill Robison (Michael Atkinson).

He will be greatly missed and forever remembered by his grandchildren Noah and Ava Peters, and Harry and Elizabeth Atkinson. Grampie was never too busy to indulge them in anything.

 

Hamel JimHAMEL, James Arnold 'Jim' - (Retired 45 Year Employee of Hobart) - Our beloved Jim passed away at the Kingston General Hospital on Friday, June 30, 2017, at the age of 86.

Jim will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 64 years, Ethel (nee Holt).

Loving father of David and his wife Barbara, the late Mark, Bart, Mary Shand, Cheryl and her husband Nick Papailiadis and Lynda and her husband the late Ken Elliott.  He will be lovingly remembered by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Perk was predeceased by her two daughters Niki Rankin and Sherry Lynne Plunkett-Seguire, her parents Jack and Hazel Brandon and her stepfather Clarence Knapp.

Loving mother of Gary (Sharen) Hogarth, Gail (Phil) Wood and Greg (Anne) Hogarth all of Kingston. Sadly missed by her grandchildren Katie (Jon), Lindsey, Adam, and Chris (Emily).

 

Houle MargoannHOULE, Margoann Daphne (formerly Pell) (nee Horne) - Peacefully passed away at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at the age of 72.

Margoann was predeceased by her beloved husband James Houle (1997).

She is the loving mother of Cheryl Lowry, Frank, Gary, Dan and Buzz Houle. Cherished grandmother of 11 grandchildren and soon to be 2 great grandchildren.

Margoann was also predeceased by her parents James "Chas" and Margaret "Peggy" Horne and brother Jim Horne.  She will be sadly missed  by her partner Leslie Kennedy, her sister-in-law Mary-Alice Towns and by her numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Johnston LorneJOHNSTON, Lorne Bert - (April 12, 1962 - June 24, 2017) - Following a brief illness, Lorne died unexpectedly at Kingston General Hospital surrounded by the love of family.

Beloved husband of Betty (nee Tugwood) who predeceased him in 2010.

Loving father of Lorne, Betsy (Mike) and Paul (Linda).  Affectionately known as "Grampa" to Hannah, Isabelle, Hailey and Emmett.  Lorne was a dear son to Bonnie Johnston and the late Bert Johnston, loved brother of Mark (Martina) and proud uncle to R.J.

 

Loyst SueLOYST, Suzanne 'Sue' (nee Bellan) - (1962 - 2017) -

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved wife and mother, Suzanne (Sue) Loyst at the young age of 55, on Saturday, June 24, 2017. Sue died peacefully in Providence Care Hospital after a brave battle with cancer.

Sue was born on January 22, 1962 to parents, William and Marie Bellan.  She was the wife of Willie C. Loyst.  They shared over 35 years of life together. Married on July 14, 1990 by Father McAvoy at Archbishop O'Sullivan Catholic Church, raising their family together in Kingston and area.

Sue was a devoted and loving mother to her son David and daughter Brittany.

Dunn JimDUNN, James Charles 'Jim' - (1941 - 2017) - With heavy hearts we announce the passing of James Charles Dunn (Jim). After a long battle with cancer, Jim passed away peacefully at the age of 76, in Kingston, Ontario, Canada on Saturday, June 24th, 2017.

Jim was a loving husband of 56 years to Carolyn Dunn, a devoted father to his children Sharon and Joe, and a wonderful Papa to his grandchildren Kerry (Uddhav) and Douglas, Jesse.

Survived by his late sister Margaret’s husband John Lloyd; Jim adored his niece Cathy (Gordon), his nephews Richard (Kim), Graham (Shelley) as well as his great niece Sabrina and great nephews Christopher, John and Michael.
