Predeceased by his parents Gerard and Gerherdina Witjes, and his eight elder siblings. He will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews and extended family in the Netherlands and Canada.

LAWTON, Hildegard - Hildegard passed away peacefully Friday March 10, 2017 in Kingston at the age of 92.
Born in Villach, Austria she met and married a dashing British soldier named Raymond, moved to London England and from there to Kingston where they lived a happy life together for 68 years. Raising a family, attending antique auctions and ballroom dancing were loves shared by Hilde and Ray.
Later in life, until physically unable, they could be seen every day taking a walk hand in hand at a little park outside of Kingston.

SKOLNICK, Margaret Ann (née Collins) - Margaret Ann Skolnick, age 87, passed away at home on March 5, 2017 with her family around her.
She is survived by her three children, of whom she was very proud, Suzanne (John) Billing, Norman Skolnick and Martin (Michelle) Skolnick, and her two beloved grandchildren Zachary and Nicole Skolnick.
Margaret had two other special men in her life who became sons to her; Yan Yu and Changuk (Ellen) Sohn loved and cared for her in many ways. We are honored to have them in our family and grateful for their friendship.
Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Margaret subsequently lived in Illinois, Wisconsin, Ontario, Florida and finally back in Kingston, Ontario since 1991. She was married to Sigmund Skolnick for 39 years (deceased November 26, 2010).
