Age 72 years, Kingston, Ontario. After a brief struggle with cancer our dear husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend was called home to the Lord.

A former member of the Canadian Forces (1964-1975), his absence will be deeply felt by his family and many friends.

Michael is survived by his wife Stephanie and son Colin (Bethany). He is the cherished brother to Jane (Dick), and uncle to David. He is also a beloved grandfather to Owen and Allison.

Grier IreneGRIER, Irene (Smith) - Beloved wife of Ross Grier of Tilley in the former Front of Escott Township, passed away at Kingston General Hospital on January 4, 2017 after a sudden illness of several weeks.

Irene also leaves behind her children Maxine Grier, Paul Grier and Linda (Doug) Byers, grandchildren Rebecca and Adam Byers, her twin sister Ada (Everett) Smith of Dunnville, a niece and several nephews and their children.

Irene was the daughter of the late John Smith and the former Muriel Reid, and was raised with her sister on their farm on the Holland Road in the former Township of the Front of Escott.


LeBlanc MarleneLeBLANC, Marlene (nee O'Reilly) - Passed away at the Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday, January 4th, 2016 in her 82nd year.

She leaves behind her loving husband of 61 years, Bill LeBlanc. Predeceased by her dedicated daughter Mickey (Shane); caring mother of Debbie. Grandmother to Jennifer and Kayla. Fondly remembered by her sisters Beverly and Patricia, and brother Douglas.

Born and raised in Kingston, Marlene was one of seven children of Annie (Cobb) and Michael O'Reilly. In 1953 she met her husband Bill and soon after, they married. They travelled overseas and across Canada as part of the Canadian Armed Forces before finally settling the family back in Kingston in the 1970's.
