She was the cherished wife of Stephen Harold Keeley for 27 years and the adored mother of Jorden Nancy Genevieve and Scott Stephen Bower. Colleen was the loved sister of Theresa (Jim) Gifford, Karen Kelly, David (Sylvie) Kelly, Danny (Sharyn) Kelly and Dennis (Vanessa) Kelly.

She was predeceased by her parents Gerald and Nancy (Connolly) Kelly.

RUDDELL, Robert John Frederick - Peacefully at Extendicare Long Term Care on Monday, December 18, 2017 in his 92nd year.

Born in Dublin, Ireland, to the late Robert John Ruddell and Mary Jennie Golding. Dear brother of the late Albert Henry Ruddell.

Robert always had a smile and a helping hand for anyone who needed it. Whether it be assisting at his church; the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Glenburnie, by driving or helping with Sunday school. His faith was strong and he cherished his relationships with his fellow congregation members.


Revoy MarieREVOY, Marie - (1943 - 2017) - Marie passed away from ALS at Kingston General Hospital in Kingston, Ontario on December 18, 2017 with her son by her side.

Marie is survived by her son Todd Elvins (Michelle) and granddaughters Jessica and Chelsea Elvins, and daughter Kimberley Elvins and grandson Alex Elvins (Buffam).

Sister of Pat Revoy. She will be greatly missed by her 2 dachshunds, Miry and Angel, as well as longtime friends in the Belleville and Toronto area, and the Sunshine Coast, British Columbia.

She graduated from the Hotel Dieu Hospital in 1959 as a RN and nursed in many hospitals around the World, Kingston, Cold Lake, Alta, Zwiebruken, Germany, Toronto, Lancaster, California and served as a Public Health Nurse for North Eastern Alberta.

She is survived by her husband, Bruce Watson, her five children, Pamela Richards, Jamie Watson, Heidi Andrews, Kristoffer Watson & Patrick Watson.


MATTHEWS, Douglas Lorne 'Doug' - (1946 - 2017) -  Douglas passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday December 17, 2017 at Kingston Health Sciences Centre.

He will be dearly missed by his spouse and best friend Tammy Kearney of Kingston and 2 children Julie Matthews (Todd) Newport, Washington and David Matthews (Michelle) of Penhold, Alberta. Doug will be remembered by his grandchildren Dylan, Mackenzie, Austin, Sydney, Benjamin, Madison and Hayden.

He was the brother to Maureen Matthews (Tom) of Toronto and Dennis Matthews of Toronto. Doug will be missed by his two nieces from Toronto Morgan Davidoff (Cory) and Jordan Davidoff.
