Dear mother of Dan Stewart and loving companion of John Cullymore.

Predeceased by her parents Ron and Gloria Gould and by her brother Dan.

Rhonda will be fondly remembered by her sister Terry Cole, extended family and many friends.

Son of Hermptje Sztonik and the late Petrus Couvreur.

Beloved husband of Marian Couvreur and dear father of Sonny Couvreur (Terry-Anne) of Tamworth; Tammy-Lee Haran (Michael) of Mississauga; Annie Hughes and Shonah Couvreur of California.

 

Ovington SheilaOVINGTON, Sheila Mary (Yates) - Entered into rest at Brockville on Sunday, January 1, 2017. Sheila Mary (Yates) Ovington, at the age of 82 years.

Beloved wife of the late Donald H. Ovington and dear mother of Joseph, Michelle McCabe (Bob) and Michael Ovington. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Katie, Ryan, Kyle, Sarah, by her great grandson Rio and by her daughter- in- law Marta Navarro.

Dear sister of Patricia Donovan and Gary Yates. Predeceased by her son James Ovington, her grandson Alex, by her brothers John and Phillip Yates and her parents Kathleen and Charles Yates. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Rejean passed away suddenly but peacefully at home in Cloyne on Sunday, January 1, 2017, with his life partner Stephen Lancaster by his side.

Proud & cherished son of Jean Guy & Francine Roy of Calumet, Quebec and son-in-law of Kenneth & Linda Lancaster of Cloyne.

Dearest brother-inlaw of Debbie (Brian) Stanley, Robert Lancaster, Dee Lancaster and Derrick Lancaster, all of Cloyne.  Special Uncle to Emily.

 

Blachford FranBLACHFORD, Frances 'Fran' (nee Howard) - (June 22, 1920 – January 1, 2017) - Surrounded by family, Fran peacefully left us New Year’s morning in Carleton Place, Ontario.

Born in Saint John, NB to Robert B. and Pearl Howard, Fran deeply mourned the loss of her brother Robert J. during World War II. Fran was the loving wife of the late Mel (his family: Judy Sturgeon, Brian Duncan and Heather Riteman). Also predeceased by family Jeanne (Alex Ingram) and Darrell Ingram.

Her loving family left to celebrate her life and miss our Matriarch’s amazing sense of humour are Graham (Kerry) Ingram; Bonney (John) Green; Rory (Margo-Kenna) Ingram; Garth (Sue) Ingram; Ron (Ana) Ingram; Karen (Andrew) Valley; Deborah (Sam) Green; Jennifer Green; Sarah-Marie (Cole Kavanaugh) Ingram; Ken (Katie Letts) Ingram; Ashley Ingram; Rafiq Awad, and baby-to-be Lachlan.

 

Lloyd CarolynLLOYD, Carolyn Ann (nee Smith) - (1957 - 2017) - Peacefully on January 1, 2017 in her 60th year, at Kingston General Hospital.

Beloved wife of Stephen for 27 years. Loving daughter of William and late Fern Smith. Loving mother of Connie (Mike Burns), Theresa (Dan Hannah), stepmother of Christine (Les Cornelius), Stephen (Robin), Sherry (Steve Howes).

Dear sister of Harry, Roy, Michael and Donnie Smith, cherished and adored grandmother of 13. Carolyn will always be remembered by her nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

 

MacNAMARA, Franklin Harvey 'Frank' - (1922 - 2017) - We sadly announce the January 1, 2017 passing of Franklin Harvey MacNamara in Kingston, after a long and productive life.

He was surrounded by family at his time of death. He was the beloved husband of the late Norma Beverley MacNamara (Bartle) 1928-2009.

Frank served as a navigator in the joint RCAF/RAF bomber command in WW2, graduated as an engineer in 1948 from the University of Toronto (B of Applied Science in Engineering Physics) where he met Beverley, married, then re-enlisted in the RCAF and served in various bases in Canada and Germany. After this, he worked in the Avro Arrow program, then finished his professional career as a physics and mathematics teacher in Etobicoke.
