Dickie EllenDICKIE, Ellen (Helen) (Kerr) - Of Port Colborne, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Port Colborne General Hospital on Sunday September 4, 2016 at the age of 88 years.

A loving devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother has become a loving angel to watch over us.  Beloved wife of the late Harry Dickie, loving mother of Debbie (John Scapillato) Sunday, William (Pam Barnes) Kerr and Susie Kerr, step-mother of Don Dickie, cherished grandmother of Shayne Sunday, Jonathon Sunday, great grandmother of Hannah, Tristan, Elliot and Annabelle whom she shared a very special bond with.

Sister of Harriet Franklin and James McNeil. Also missed by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

Besides her husband she was predeceased by her sons John (Tramp) Kerr and Peter Kerr, brothers Charles McNeil, Peter McNeil, Daniel McNeil, Mary Wareham and Vivian Webb, parents Peter and Annie (Hardy) McNeil. 

Cremation has taken place. Mrs. Dickie’s family will receive visitors at the Davidson funeral home, Port Colborne on Saturday, September 10th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service in the chapel at 11:00 a.m. with Father Peter Walton officiating.

If so desired, memorial donations may be made to the Walker Cancer Clinic Foundation in St. Catharines.
