Fioravanti BuddyFIORAVANTI, Nazzarino 'Joseph' 'Buddy' - Bud passed away peacefully with family by his side on September 6, 2016 in his 91st year.

Beloved husband of Helen Frances (neé Dodman) for 67 years. Devoted father to Michael, Joseph (Cheryl) and David (Avril). Cherished grandfather to Eli (Krystal) Fioravanti, Helaina (Mike) Mulville, Kristen (Shawn) Rapone, Meghan (Derek) Mills, Jade (Luke Pignataro) Fioravanti and Jake (Tekina Sobeski) Fioravanti. Loving Great-Grandfather to Addison Fioravanti, Sienna and Maddox Mulville, Audrey and Emma Rapone and Sophia and Dean Mills.

Dear Brother-in-law to Betty (The late Henry) Youngblutt and Ivy (The late William) Dodman. Survived by many nieces and nephews and their families.

Predeceased by his parents Louis and Gemma Fioravanti, his siblings Duwilio (Margaret) Fioravanti, Mary (Ralph) Pitton, Elvira (Ivo) Gambarotto and his daughter-in-law Rena Fioravanti (nee Ventresca).

Bud was the 'Life of the Party' and so much more. He was beloved by all whom he touched and carried with him that special gift to bring joy and humor to any occasion. He was a proud man. He loved his family dearly, and was so happy to have lived a full life, being able to enjoy his loving wife Helen, and watch his family grow from children to grand children to great grand children.

Buddy joined the Canadian Navy at the age of 17, was stationed in Halifax on the H.M.C.S. Star, serving his country to the end of WWII. He was an avid golfer, enjoyed curling and hanging with his friends. Although we will miss him dearly, we can be assured that heaven will be a happier place with his presence.

Cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to call at the Patterson funeral home, Niagara Falls for visiting Friday 6 pm to 8 pm. Private family burial to take place at a later date.

In memory of Bud, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart Niagara.
