Muraca FrankMURACA, Frank - It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Frank on Tuesday, October 11, 2016 at the age of 67.

Beloved husband to Jane (nee De Caro) for 39 years. Cherished father to Diana (Paul) Franco, Stephanie (Ciro) Tuzi and Catherine Muraca. Special Nonno to Ryan, Vanessa and Gianluca.

He will be sadly missed by his brother Sal (Teresa) Muraca, his brother-in-law Frank (Lisa) De Caro and his mother-in-law Nella (the late Mario) De Caro.

Frank is predeceased by his parents Silvio and Giuseppina Muraca.

Frank had a passion for life and a love of learning. He loved the outdoors and was often found in his garden.  He was a hard working family man with a bit of a sweet tooth and he never missed the 6 o’clock news.  When he wasn’t gardening or with his grandchildren you could find him waxing his ’85 Corvette, watching hockey or ‘surfing the net’.

Frank’s family will receive guests at Pleasantview funeral home, Thorold on Sunday, October 16th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. with Vigil Prayers taking place at 3pm.

A Funeral Mass to celebrate his eternal life will be held at St. Alexanders Roman Catholic Parish on Monday, October 17th at 10:30 a.m. with entoumbment to follow.

Memorial donations to a charity of your choice will be appreciated by his family.
