Mannella RalphMANNELLA, Ralph - It is with profound sadness the family of Ralph Mannella announces his passing at the Welland Hospital on Wednesday, January 11th, 2017 a few days short of his 94th birthday.

Cherished husband of Elizabeth (Degazio) Mannella.  He leaves behind his two nieces Angie Pisani (Tony) and Bruna Myciak (Joe), great nephews Alexander (Jody), Nicholas, Stephen and great-great niece and nephew Anastasia & Jaeden.

Ralph was predeceased by his parents Bruno and Angelarosa (Dominelli) Mannella, his brother Louis Mannella and sister-in-law Maria Mannella.

Born in Serra S. Bruno, Italy in 1923, Ralph came to Canada in 1926 and made his home in Welland in 1948 where he worked at GenCorp for over 30 years.

The family will receive relatives and friends at the Welland funeral home, Welland on Friday, January 13th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  Vigil prayers at 7:30 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Andrews The Apostle Church on Saturday, January 14th at 10:00 a.m.  The Rite of Committal will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.

As an expression of sympathy, donations to St. Andrew's the Apostle Church will be appreciated by the family.
