Beloved wife and best friend to the late Rello Stephens (1974).

Survived by her children Evelyn (Dan) Dawson of North Vancouver, BC, and Norm (Traci) Stephens of Dunnville. Dear grandmother of Gage (Tara), Lindsay (Eric), Heather (Charles) and Cory. Also remembered by many nieces and nephews, family and friends.

Predeceased by parents Robert and Stella Young; siblings Frank (Patricia) Young, Stewart (Glady) Young, Margaret (John) Fleming and John Young.

Lillian worked for nearly 30 years at what was then called War Memorial Hospital in Dunnville. She was a member of the former Dunnville Women’s Institute, the Anglican Parish, and former president of East Haldimand Women’s Institute. She loved playing cards.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of Lillian’s life will be held at the Dunnville Legion Branch 142 on Saturday, April 15th at 2 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dunnville Hospital & Healthcare Foundation. Arrangements entrusted with Ballard Minor funeral home, Dunnville.
