Savoie WallySAVOIE, Joseph Wallace 'Wally' - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital on Friday April 7, 2017 at the age of 69.

Beloved husband of 45 years to Mary (Bicinauskas) Savoie. Dearly loved father of Mike (Kelly) Savoie and Lisa (Jim) Thompson. Cherished Grandpa of Sierra, Chelsea, Abby and Julia.

Dear brother of Doris (George) Adams, Dorval Stewart (Dave), Dorcas (Don) McCormick, Blanche (Bruno) Visentin, Cecil Savoie, Jane (Bob) Visentin and Earl Savoie.

Dear brother-in-law of Victor (Donna) Bicinauskas, John Fortuna, Gerry Savoie and John McIntosh. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Irene and mother-in-law Janina 'Bubba', and his sisters Dorothy Fortuna and Joyce McIntosh, his brother Walter Savoie and his brothers-in-law Romas Bicinauskas and Tom Stewart.

Wally was a well-known auto mechanic, owning and operating McLeod and Savoie Auto and Truck Repair since 1981. He has a passion for Corvettes and Hot-rods and spent many memorable weekends with his friends traveling to different car shows. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St., Niagara Falls for visiting Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Peace Church. Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery.

In memory of Wally donations to Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital would be appreciated by his family.
