Jinks HelenJINKS, Helen Verna (nee Barnes) - Helen passed away at the St. Catharines Hospital on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 in her 81st year.

Beloved wife of the late Don Jinks (2000). Dear sister of Joyce Chrest (Charles) and sister-in-law of Shirley Barnes. Helen will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews, many of whom she loved and treated as though they were her own children.

Predeceased by her parents Maurice and Doris Barnes, brothers; Lloyd (Hilda), Don, Bill (Helen), Harry (Joanne) and sister Phyllis (Jack).

Helen has touched many lives and although she will be sadly missed, she will never be forgotten.

A service to celebrate Helen’s life will be held at the H.L Cudney Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Welland on Monday, July 17th at 11 a.m. with visitation from one hour prior, beginning at 10 a.m.

Following the service, Helen will be laid to rest next to her beloved Don at Maplelawn Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Open Arms Mission.
