Waddell JoanWADDELL, Joan Edith (Wilcox) - With great strength and dignity, Joan passed from this life to the next on September 11, 2017 after fighting a lengthy illness.

Born in New Brunswick in 1931, Joan is survived by her sisters Ruth, Dorothy and Shirley. Also survived by her Children, Betty (Dave) Long, Don (Penny) Waddell, Mildred (Walter) Rumble, Margaret Morris, and Iantha (John) Jinks. Thank you Mom, for a lifetime of Love and Support.

Joan is loved by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and even a great great grandchild. Her legacy of LOVE lives on through them.

The family expresses sincere thanks to the Hospice Home Care Team, as well as nurses from St. Elizabeth Home Care for their support and tender care of Joan over the past months.

In lieu of flowers we request donations be made to Hospice Niagara. Arrangements entrusted with Butler funeral home, St. Catharines.
