TYMOCHKO, Halina 'Helen' (Vlodarchyk) - Born June 21st, 1928 in Poland, passed away peacefully on September 12th, 2017 at the age of 89.

Predeceased by her husband John (2016). Loving mother to Jonathan (Marcia), Wendy Vahrmeyer (Mark), Debbie (Mac), Sherry Real (Dan), Randy (Jamie), Guy and Matt.

Proud Baba of Mike, Mark (Jennifer), Elizabeth (Joel), Jon Nathan, Kate (Ryan), Steph (Zach), Lindsay (Luca), Adam (Lisa), Eddy and Hailey. Great-grandmother of Peyton, Emily, Ava, Jason, Liam, Sullivan, Jayden, Cole, Jillian, Chloe, Benji, Kathryn, Nolan, Regan and Lukas.

Mom was a stay at home mother in the best sense of the word. She raised 7 children, cooking, sewing, knitting, crocheting, gardening, canning and keeping her house and family well fed, well dressed and in line. She was a blessing to her family and friends.

Despite failing health she continued to do as much as she was able. She had just finished crocheting blankets for the most recent great-grandchildren and making cabbage rolls for Sherry and Dan's wedding. We will miss her in too many ways to count.

The family will receive friends at the Haine funeral home, 26 Ormond Street South, Thorold on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, September 15th at 11:00am. Interment at Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold.

If so desired, donations to the Walker Family Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
