Passed away suddenly at home in St. Catharines on Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at the age of 51.

Loving son of Rose and predeceased by Wren. Dear brother of Christopher, nephew of Betty, Elaine and fondly remembered by his extended aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

It was David’s wish for cremation and a Private Family Graveside Service at Maple Lake United Church Cemetery.

Memorial Donations to the One Foundation for NHS would be appreciated by the family and can be arranged through the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home, P.O. Box 427, Minden, Ontario, K0M 2K0.

There will be a Celebration Service for David in St. Catharines on behalf of Al Vanden Boogaard, Spiritual Care. Everyone is invited to a celebration of life service for David Barry on Wednesday, September 20th, at 12 noon in the St. Catharines Auditorium. Refreshments will be available in the café after the service.

A memory book is available to sign or share your memories of David that we will give to his Mom. It is available as of today, in the Mental Health Administration Area (by Unit 1B), and will also be available the day of the service in the auditorium.
