Brady HelenBRADY, Helen Margaret (nee Sinnicks) - (1919 - 2017) - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helen on Saturday, December 2nd, 2017 at GNGH surrounded by her family who loves her so much.

Helen worked as a lab technician at Cyanamid where she met her husband, the late Elliott Brady (1993) who began working as a chemist at Cyanamid when he returned from the war. They married in 1949.

Helen was a devoted mother to Richard Brady, Bonnie Brady (Anthony), and Heather Bove (Tony). She was an incredible grandmother to Michael, Andrea, Erica (David), Meghan (Aaron), David, Anthony, and Katie (Nick). Beloved sister of George Sinnicks (Sandy) and sister in law of George Black. Helen is also fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her parents Bertram and Rose Sinnicks, daughter in law Lorraine Brady, and sisters and brothers in law Elisebeth Black, Dorothy and Ben Dalton, and Gladys and Fred Romilly.

Helen and Elliott spent winters in Niagara Falls and summers at "Ry Bon Heath" cottage in Port Colborne playing host to family and friends any chance they could. Helen was an active member of Christ Church Altar Guild, and Informals. She was a member of the Foresters and the Rebekah Lodge. She was an amazing bowler, ice dancer, avid crafter and a remarkable Bridge player.

At the age of 98, she lived a full and meaningful life. She was a great strength to many and a kind and generous matriarch to the Brady family. Our lives will truly never be the same.

A special thank-you to the staff at Willoughby Manor for their care and compassion.

The family will receive visitors at Hetherington and Deans funeral chapel, 5176 Victoria Avenue, Niagara Falls on Wednesday December 6th from 2-4 and 7-9pm.

A Funeral Service will be held at CHRIST CHURCH, 4750 Zimmerman Avenue, Niagara Falls on Thursday December 7th at 11:30am.

As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Christ Church.
