She is survived by her loving brother E. John Tranter, sister-in-law Vivienne, nephews Ed and Rob, and a large extended family in England.

May was the wife of 46 years, to the love of her life, the late James Edward James. May "The Queen", is survived by her five children; Bernice (George), Russell (Linda), Gary (Dawn), Brad (Lisa), and Samantha (James).

Pilip AlPILIP, Albert 'Al' - Albert “Al” Pilip, 66, of St. Catharines, Ontario, passed away in the early minutes of October 22nd, 2017, surrounded by those who love him the most.

Al was born in Hamilton and attended Scott Park S.S (Class of 1970). He was a proud millwright at Dofasco until workplace injury led him to early retirement. He was a lifelong resident of Hamilton until he moved to St. Catharines in 2006.

He was the devoted husband and best friend of his late wife Penelope “Ella” (2015).

He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews and their families in Canada and Scotland and by his many friends. He is predeceased by his brothers William, George and Rodney and his sister Caroline.

Bob was born in Westbourne, Manitoba, and for many years was a member of the RCMP. He then worked on the Trans Canada railway both in British Columbia and in Toronto.

Doreen was born in Attercliffe, Ontario. She moved to Niagara Falls when she was 8 years old and attended both Simcoe Street Public School and NFCVI. She joined the Royal Canadian Air Force in October 1943 as a Teleprinter. She did Basic Training in Ottawa and was eventually posted to Halifax, NS until November 1945. Doreen was a Veteran having served with the RCAF in WWII.

Percheson IrenePERCHESON, Melvina 'Irene' – Beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and godmother passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Pioneer Elder Care, St. Catharines, Ontario.

Predeceased by her husband, Dr. Peter Percheson and her son, Peter. Daughter of Anastasia and James Cardinal, formerly of Toronto and Thunder Bay. Survived by her sons, John and Paul; her grandson, Riley; and her sister, Helen Leluk.

Irene was an exemplary, elegant woman who pushed the boundaries of convention from an early age. She was a model, an outstanding volunteer, a wise and loving counsel and friend, and a collector of all things beautiful. She enjoyed many special friendships during her life while living in Thunder Bay, Toronto, Moose Jaw, Vancouver, Victoria and Niagara-on-the-Lake.
