O'LEARY, Marie Blanche Aurore (nee Roy) - (1924 - 2016) -

Born in Lac Verte, Saskatchewan, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2016 in the excellent palliative care of Northumberland Hills Hospital.

In mid-life, Blanche successfully took on the challenge of raising a family while becoming a registered nurse, eventually enjoying an exceptional 25-year career in psychiatric nursing.

For the last four years she resided at Port Hope's Roseglen Village, often praising the fellowship and care available there.

Blanche is survived by her three children: Denyse O'Leary (Ottawa), Judith O'Leary (Port Hope), and Dr. Timothy O'Leary (Ottawa); five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

"We hold you close within our hearts, and there you will remain;
to walk with us throughout our lives, until we meet again."
