Anderson GeraldANDERSON, Alfred 'Gerald' - (February 11, 1917 - October 9, 2016) - Gerald passed peacefully to be with his Lord, loving family by his side at Royal Gardens Residence.

Cherished husband of the late Ferne (Gainor).

Dear father of Virginia(deceased) (Scott), Andy (Judy), Mary Lou (John deceased), Julie (Ron), Margaret (Doug) and Carolyn. He will be deeply missed by his 12 grandchildren and their families, including 13 great grandchildren, all of whom he was very proud.

Gerald was born in Peterborough, but called his farm in South Monaghan home for most of his 99 years. He will always be remembered for his faithful dedication to family, friends, church and community.

The family would like to sincerely thank the staff of Royal Gardens for their kind and compassionate care of our father.

A funeral service will be held at Centreville Presbyterian Church on Friday, October 21st at 11:30 a.m. with visitation from 10:30 a.m. Friday, as well as Thursday evening 7-9 p.m. at the church.

In memory of Gerald, donations may be made to the Centreville Presbyterian Church Building Fund or to the Scott Mission.
