Reid LouisREID, Louis O'Connor - Passed with his family at his side on Thursday, October 13, 2016 in his 98th year.

Predeceased by his wife Isabel on August 8th, 2008.

Survived by his brother Justin (94) of Renfrew, Ontario. Predeceased also by his brothers Thomas, Daniel Bernard, sisters Eileen and Penzie.

Survived by children Gary (Cathy) of Cobourg; Helen (Gord) of Havelock; Ann of Toronto; Roger of Newmarket; Roland (Shirley) of Keswick; Douglas (Doris) of Carleton Place and Kathy (Ken) of Whitby. He was blessed with 13 Grandchildren and 8 Great-Grandchildren.

Louis was born in Hope River P.E.I on May 16th, 1919. He moved with his family to Havelock, New Brunswick; Picton and Toronto, Ontario. He retired with his wife Isabel to their home he built on Pigeon Lake near Peterborough, Ontario. They lived there for nearly 30 years.

Visitation will be held at the Nisbett funeral home, Peterborough on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Funeral Prayers will be held there at 7:00 p. m. Reception will follow. Interment will take place at St. Martin's Cemetery, Ennismore on Wednesday, October 19th at 11:00 a.m.

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Warkworth Manor, 97 Mill St. Warkworth, Ontario K0K 3K0.
