Shaw JohnSHAW, John Bernard - Passed away unexpectedly on February 3, 2017 at 52 years of age.

Survived by the love of his life, Maureen Taylor. Loving Dad to Allison Shaw (Patrick), Cynthia Martschini (Lino) and Evan Shaw. Will be sadly missed by his stepchildren Jessica Hicks (Calvin), Kayleigh Chambers (Todd), and Taylor Redmond. Papa John to Troy, Rhyse, Blake and Luke.

Dear brother to Robert Shaw Jr. (Alyce) and Edwina Doig (Paul). Predeceased by his parents Bob and Margaret Shaw. Fondly remembered by Milly Taylor, several nieces and nephews and his wide circle of friends.

Visitation will be held at the Comstock-Kaye Life Celebration Centre, Peterborough on Wednesday, February 8th from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm & 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

Funeral Service will be held at Trinity United Church, 360 Reid Street on Thursday, February 9th at 1:00 pm. Reception and celebration of life to be held at the Lions Community Centre, 347 Burnham Street, following the funeral ceremony.

If so desired, in memory of John, donations to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
