Haylock JimHAYLOCK, James David 'Jim' – (1931 - 2017) - Peacefully, on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, with his family and friends at his side.

Beloved husband of Susan Haylock (Dundas) for 47 years. Dear grandson of the late Harriette Haylock. Lovingly remembered by Wei Wang and Jingya Zhao and siblings Sophie and Sarah. Dear friend of Pradeep and Suneeta Naik, John and Sinja Dunn, Catherine Allen, Hans and Heather Stelzer, Len and Doreen Adlam and many nieces and nephews.

Former GE employee for 47 years. Successfully operated Haylock Enterprises with Susan for 25 years. Former Scout Leader for 25 years.

Jim loved to spend time with his hobby model trains, wiring tracks and buildings to light up like a small town. He attended every model train show that he could. He was an avid reader. Jim and Susan often would take drives to see various sites, taking trips and learning as they went.

Visiting will be held at the ASHBURNHAM FUNERAL HOME, Peterborough, on Thursday, February 16th from 11 am - 1 pm. A funeral service will follow in the chapel on Thursday at 1 pm. Interment at Little Lake Cemetery to follow.
