SMITH, Margaret Mary (nee Prear) - (Member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 52) - With her family by her side at the Lakeridge Health Centre in Oshawa, on Monday, February 27, 2017 in her 59th year.

Beloved wife of Roger Cook for 33 years. Loving mother of Michael (Ashley), Candace Cook (Mike Wells), and Brittany Colarossi (Alexander). Cherished grandmother of Caleb, Ethan, and Karissa.

Dear sister of David Prear, Martin Prear (Joanne), Susan Prear, Sandy Chafe (Paul), Maureen Everett (the late Bob), and Irene Prear. Sadly missed by her brother-in-law Paul Naujok and her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sister-in-law Rauni Naujok.

Friends will be received at the HIGHLAND PARK FUNERAL CENTRE, 2510 Bensfort Rd., Peterborough on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m.

A Celebration of Margaret`s Life will be held at the ROYAL CANADIAN LEGION BRANCH #52, 1550 Lansdowne Street West, Peterborough on Thursday, March 2nd at 2:00 p.m.  Reception to follow at the Legion.

In memory of Margaret, donations to the Princess Margaret Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
