HAIG, Gerald 'Jerry' Edward - Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday March 26th, 2017 in his 52nd year.

Beloved husband of Debbie (nee: Wilson). Loving father of Jerry (Sabina), and Hunter (Casey). Will be loved and remembered by his father Terry, and his sisters: Kim Crawford (Winston), Shelley Parcells (Ron), Susan Garrett (Dave), and Jane Boyle (Jason).

Predeceased by his mother Wilma (nee: Redden). He will be dearly missed by Barry and Ruth, Tom and Pat, and Tony and Terri Wilson, as well as his many nieces and nephews.

He was a light to all who knew him, infusing life with laughter, love, hard work and generosity. Jerry was a valued employee of Shell and his presence will be missed greatly by his friends and coworkers in Fort McMurray.

A Celebration of Life will be held to honour Jerry. Please join us to share memories at Haig Hollow, 541 Third Line Road Mid-Dummer, Douro-Dummer on Saturday, May 27th at 2:00pm. This will be an outdoor event.

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit at PRHC.
