Jan, in her 90th year, passed away on March 16, 2017, surrounded by love.
Survived by her sisters Lois and Shirley (Ken), daughter Mary Jane, and grandchildren Nigel, Jennifer, Chrissy and Nicholas. Predeceased by her parents Eadie and Frank Downes, husband Dr. Jack Braund and son Allan.
Jan will be sadly missed by her sister-in-law, travelling companion and friend Marlene Braund; her childhood and lifelong friend Sue Greer; her special friend and helper Gail Perras; and friend Linda Palmason.
PRESCOTT, Wilma Ethel - We will shed tears that she is gone, but we will smile because she lived and impacted so many lives.
Wilma passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at 58 years of age.
Devoted wife and best friend to Jack for 40 years. Proud mom of Angielee Prescott, Robert and the late John. Much loved grandma to Skylar and Nolan. JACKSON, Erma Priscilla - It is with much sadness that the family of Erma Jackson announces her passing at Springdale Country Manor on March 15, 2017 in her 96th year.
Erma was born on the Jackson homestead in Cavan Township, Ontario on May 20, 1921, the daughter of William Melville Jackson and Emily Davis, who both died when Erma was a child. Erma continued to live on the homestead farm with her grandparents, William (Cappy) Jackson and Priscilla Dunlop, as well as several aunts and uncles. The family moved to George Street in Peterborough in 1929 and Erma lived there until 1974.

HALLIHAN, Peter - On Tuesday, March 14th, 2017, Peter set off down distant roads for his next adventure, after a valiant battle with cancer.
A lifelong Peterborough boy, Pete was the son of Clare and Helen Hallihan. Cherished twin brother to Anne (Tom), and brother to Mike (Cindy), Dave, Paul, and Steve (Cathy). He was a loving father to Katie (Josh), Jackie (Kris), Mark (Danon) and Emma (Dan) and devoted Papa to Noah, Logan and Gage.
was a much loved uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by his four-legged best friend, Cooper the miniature daschund.

Flo was born in Edmonton, England. She was predeceased by her parents Robert and Jessie Thomson, and her husband Alfred Humphreys.
Retired in 1988 after 30 years with the Federal Civil Service.

NAEF, Peter - Passed away peacefully at his home on White Lake on Monday March 13, 2017.
Peter came to Canada in 1957 and worked as a farm hand on various farms in the area. He spent 21 years as a Zookeeper at the Toronto Zoo and was a lifetime member of the Durham Regional Aquarium Society. He had a passion for his hobby of breeding and raising tropical fish and loved to spent time on the hunt in the fall.
Loved and missed by his wife of 53 years, Eva. Also missed by his children Barbara Jones (Jeff) of Hampton, Peter Naef (Sabine) of Switzerland and Ernest Naef of Cobourg. Loving grandfather of Bradley, Amanda, Anja, Owen and Kelsey.
