MCNICHOL, Leonard Lawrence - December 18, 1943 - October 22, 2017 - A 29 years Etobicoke Fire Fighter.
Len will be sadly missed by wife Eleanor (Williams), children and step children, Leonard Jr. (Zahira), Todd and Darryl (Arleen), Steve Taylor (Cheryl), Bob (Laureen), Leanne and stepmother Lenora and stepfather Henry.
He is survived by his sisters and brothers Marjorie, Vera, Charlotte, Maybn, Randy (Lynn), Kenny (Janet) and Vickie (deceased).
FANE, Stuart - In the early hours of Sunday, October 22nd, 2017, Stuart Fane – son, brother, uncle and dear friend – passed away peacefully.
Born on December 21st, 1961 to parents Gwendoline and Ronald Fane, Stuart experienced more in his 55 years than many do in an entire lifetime. A wrestler of sharks, lover of fireworks and counter of cards. He was always found at the centre of the greatest parties and was known for shouting “Here whitey, whitey, whitey!” while ice fishing with buddies.
Stuart is lovingly remembered by his mum Gwen; brothers Andrew (Wanda) and Graham (Liz); and nephew and nieces Kevin (Stephanie), Christine (Dave), Mackenzie and Taylor.
ATKINSON, Roy T. - (Accounting & Financial Advisor, Former Proprietor of Simcoe-Matic Canteen Ltd. Orillia, Employee for more than 40 years with Russell H. Stewart Construction Co. Orillia and Longtime Member of First Baptist Church, Orillia) - Passed away peacefully into the presence of the Lord with family by his side on Tuesday, October 24, 2017, in his 91st year.
Beloved husband of Mae (nee Jordan).

MACMURRAY, Sage Alexandra - Passed away on Sunday, October 22, 2017.
Sage was taken from her loved ones much too young.
Sage walked the earth as an angel and now she has gone to heaven with the wings she deserved.
Sage walked the path of life with a bright light, always knowing in the end she would guide the rest of us.
Although it wasn't a long life she led we will all find her light in the end.

BRUNNE, Christopher Paul 'Chris' - At age 54, passed peacefully on October 22, 2017 in Leaskdale, ON, after a hard fought battle with cancer.
He was born on July 11th 1963 in Uxbridge, ON to Norm and Betty Brunne and grew up with his siblings: Barb, Vicki and Dave.
In 1988 he married Laura Shepherd and together they raised their 3 children Darren, Nicole, and Amanda.

BAULDRY, M. Doreen - Peacefully at home in Barrie on October 22, 2017 in her 92nd year.
Predeceased by her husband Ken Bauldry and daughter Brenda Hawes.
Survived by sons Robin Bowness (Nancy), Kelvin Bauldry (Chato), and daughter Nancy Bauldry- Kastani (Peter).
HATTON, Effie May - Of Angus, ON, passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie, ON on Saturday, October 21st 2017, in her 87th year.

SMITH-MIKLAUTSCH, Joan Vera (nee Gallson) Smith-Miklautsch - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a dear mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, in her 93rd year, on October 21, 2017 at Muskoka Landing Nursing Home in Huntsville.
She was formerly of North Bay. Predeceased by husbands Lloyd George Smith in 1988 and Albin Miklautsch in 2004, sibling Phil Gallson in 2014, granddaughter, Christine Carol Sullivan in 2005.
She is survived by her children Donna Lee Blair (Don) of Moffat, Carol Joan Sullivan (Roy) of Huntsville, Wayne Lloyd Smith (Rita) of Bracebridge, and Wendy Vera Smith (Lorne Grossman) of Midland and her sister Jean Ellen Curry of North Bay.

NIEDZWIECKI, Ruth Viola - Died on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood. She was surrounded by family and under the compassionate care of hospice staff and volunteers.
Born in Allensville, Ontario to Arthur and Edith Grimes on May 29, 1931, Ruth was proud of her deep Muskoka roots. The Grimes family settled in Utterson before Confederation and her great-grandfather Lucius Grimes built the first store in Huntsville for the Scarlett Brothers in 1871. Her father and uncle were local entrepreneurs and Uncle Seth was an automotive industry pioneer.
DONESKY, Don James - Passed away on Friday, October 20, 2017.
He was born to Jacob and Mary Donesky near Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The youngest of eight children, his first six years were spent in California. Early in life, aged seven years, he felt that God was calling him to the ministry. When Don was fifteen years of age his father, Jacob, passed away. Don’s mother, Mary, was a very trusting, spiritual woman whose total faith in God carried them through.
Don’s father, Jacob, was an Engineer and had taught Don the practical skills that enabled him to run his own business – mechanical, welding and repair. Don repaired everything but “broken hearts and the break of day” – that was to come later – in the ministry.

MACKENZIE, Kenneth - C.A. - Retired Junior Partner of Clarkson, Gordon & Company Chartered Accountants. Peacefully passed away at his home in Toronto on Friday, October 20, 2017 in his 88th year.
Beloved son of the late William and late Margaret MacKenzie.
Dear brother of late Alice Farnell, late Roderick, late William, late Gordon and late Colin.
Ken will also be lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews and their families.
HOPKINS, William Eric - In his 86th year, passed away on Friday October 20, 2017.

PAJARI, Jr., Dr. George E. - Passed away after a brief illness October 20, 2017 with his children by his side.
George was born March 24, 1936 in Montreal to Yrjo and Hilda Pajari and obtained his PhD in geology (petrochemistry) from the University of Cambridge (UK).
He spent his early adult life as a professor of geology at the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton. In 1981 his resigned his tenure to take over the family business, Pajari Instruments, Ltd. from his parents in Toronto and moved it to expanded premises in Orillia.
