Frostad JeanFROSTAD, Jean Marguerita (nee Richardson) - Passed away peacefully, at Hillcrest Village Care Centre in Midland, Ontario on Saturday, February 4, 2017, in her 93rd year.

Jean Frostad was born in Sherbrooke, Quebec on August 16, 1924.

Predeceased by her sister Roberta Edgell and brother Bill Richardson.

Jean had resided in Midland for the past 14 years.

Over her life, she was considered as a very social individual and would go to great lengths to ensure the people around her had just as much fun as she had. She enjoyed life to the fullest, bringing much love and laughter to those who had the opportunity of knowing her.

She had done much travelling with private plane Air Tour groups and remained friends with several Canadian Air Force families. She was an avid reader and had enjoyed many years of Bridge with her friends in Cornwall, Ontario.

Dear mother of Kaaren (Rick), Eric (Barb), Kim (Terry), Leif (Armi) and John (Cindee).

She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Jennifer (Jason), Signe (Tony), April (Steve), Ryan, Tara and Jon-Erik, Alisha (Kevin), Britt (Blake), Kris and Kaila, Erika and Austyn as well as eight great grandchildren.

The family will be having a private Celebration of Life Sunday February 12. Spring interment will be at Chateauguay, Quebec.
