Beloved wife of Mac Sewers of St. Marys.

Loving mother of Marlene Vanesse (Gerald) of Thamesville, Madelyn Moore (Robert) of Green Cove Springs, Florida, Golda Wilson (Richard) of St. Marys and Joyce Roberts (Scott) of Orange Park, Florida.

Sadly missed by 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

 

FOULDS, Thomas Gordon - Sadly on March 8, 2017, Tom passed away at Georgian Bay General Hospital, Midland, Ontario. 

Beloved husband of Irene Albert.

Predeceased by his parents James and Olena Foulds. 

Survived by brother Richard (Mary-Lynn), his nephew Ken, his niece Jennifer (Gord) and their family.  

 

WALKER, Jane Elizabeth - Passed away peacefully at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Tuesday March 7, 2017 in her 67th year.

Jane is survived by her sister Cathy Tyndale of Innisfil, brothers Dave Tyndale and his wife Kathy of Toronto and John Tyndale and his wife Debbie of Barrie.

Peack StephenPECK, Stephen John - January 3rd, 1955 - March 7th, 2017 - Born in London England to Ruby Doreen Edith Peck. Youngest of 8. Canadian effective January 19th, 1975. Stephen, aka (Steve, spike, dad, daddy) left this world on March 7, 2017 succumbing to brain cancer.

Stephen respected all denominations that adhered to a genuine loving spirit, for himself, he chose none. Steve viewed himself as a chameleon; adapting, co-operating always. An outdoor enthusiast, fishing, camping and hunting kept him one with nature and was most at peace. He approached life with common sense and read and understood any complicated task.

Ann, beloved wife of the late Roy Cornwell.

Loving mother of Marianne Leclerc (Carl), Kenneth Cornwell (predeceased) (Anna), Darlene Favro (Roy), Marlene Currie (Gerald).

 

Hinton MargHINTON, Margaret Janet - At age 76, of Alliston, passed away on March 7, 2017 in her home surrounded by her loving family after a yearlong battle with cancer.

Margaret was born in Rugby, England to Philip and Constance West on November 14, 1941. Margaret married her teenage sweet heart Norman Hinton in Rugby, England on November 18, 1961.

They were happily married for 56 years, and raised two children Sally and Nicholas.

Margaret supported her husband and the family thru his 16 year Royal Airforce career.

 

DEMPSEY, John Paul - Suddenly and peacefully passed away on March 7, 2017 in Barrie, Ontario.

Beloved son of Ursula and Sean Dempsey.

Remembered by sisters Fiona Demspey, Siobhan (Maurice) Byrne and Sarah (Johnathan) Standing.

John will be missed by nieces and nephews Molly Arseneault, Cian and Aine Byrne, and Jude and Finn Standing.

 

Rosewarne Gord and JeanROSEWARNE, Gordon Earle and Jean Adele (Golden) - Jean died peacefully on Thursday, March 2, 2017 at the Muskoka Hills Retirement Villa at the age of 91. Gordon died peacefully on Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at the Huntsville Hospital at the age of 92.

Gord and Jean united in love and marriage on March 1, 1952. This year marks their 65th wedding anniversary.

Proud parents of Anne Sova and Sandra Rosewarne.

Jean is predeceased by her siblings Louise Verner, Georgette Golden, Betty Laut, Jack Golden and William (Bill) Golden. Gord is survived by his siblings Norm Rosewarne and Margaret Huckle.

Broom JimBROOM, James Crosbie 'Jim' - Passed away peacefully at Algonquin Grace Hospice on Sunday, March 5, 2017 with his beloved wife Nancy at his side.

His three sons Gordon, Alan and Duncan, and his granddaughter Abbie, were all able to spend time with him and say their goodbyes in the preceding time, as well as many family and friends.

Back in 2002 Jim fulfilled a lifelong dream and retired to Huntsville, where he spent 14 wonderful years on the shores of Chub Lake in his beloved cottage with Nancy. He was forever tinkering on projects in his basement or the garage, or perhaps out working on the road crew with his trusty ‘mule’. He had a lifelong passion with airplanes, and he and Nancy took many road trips to explore obscure Aviation Museums around the country.

Beloved spouse of Jean Moreau and a devoted and cherished father, grandfather and great grandfather.

Leo was retired caretaker of the Pro Cathedral in North Bay.
