Rudy was born in Speyer, Germany, on September 4, 1952.
He was predeceased by his parents, Gunther and Lisa; and his brother, Joachim.
He will be remembered as an extraordinary visual artist, specializing in photorealism, with paintings exhibited in Toronto, Montréal and London (Ontario and England).
Rudy was a widely read man, in possession of a dry wit, who loved his family deeply. He was gentle and kind.

Moved to Montreal in 1963, graduated from Sir George Williams University (now Concordia) B. A. cum laude, then went on to University of Toronto for a B.L.S.
Worked as a librarian at Carleton University, Ottawa, 1969-1977.
On to Amsterdam for a romantic interlude with a Dutch fellow he met in Crete. Moved to Toronto in 1978, worked part-time for North York Public Library (later Toronto Public Library) 1978-2008.

Nancy was born to Arthur and Dorothy Forster on August 26, 1942.
She worked as a teacher and as head of guidance with the Toronto District School Board.
Loving mother to David (Klaudia) and Greg (Emily); and cherished grandma to Justin, Olivia, Elliot and Arthur.

Born in London, ON (May 29, 1940), to Mary Eleanor Thompson (1913-2009) and John Joseph Murphy (1913-1976), Paul was the eldest of 8 children: Paul, Denis, Sheila, Jack, Joan, Pat, Frances, and Bill.
In the celestial afterlife, that he certainly had faith in, Paul will be joining his husband and loving partner of 29 years, Jon Comines (1948-2012); his sister, Sheila Sullivan (1943- 2018); as well as other dearly loved friends from the various communities in which he was passionately involved.
