KOSTA, Nicolas - (1932 - 2021) - On September 23, 2021 our beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend, was called to Heaven to be in God's care.
For weeks, he was seeing his son that was taken from him far too early, almost 5 years ago. His last act on this earth was to open his eyes and reach out to him.
Nicolas was born on the island of Chios Greece on February 13, 1932. He loved the island and served in the Navy protecting that which he loved. He came to Canada to build a new life in 1957 and went back home on vacation to visit his family. As luck would have it, he met and fell instantly in love, with the love of his life, Rosie. Together for 57 years. Together they welcomed two children and 5 grandchildren. He was not only Dad and Pappou, he was a friend, uncle and soulmate.
