REED, Ruby - Ruby passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 1, 2018, in Georgetown, at the age of 95 with her family by her side.
Ruby was the beloved wife, for 58 years, of the late Ernie Reed and loving mother of Donna (the late Bob) Lamoureux, Bruce (Shirley) Reed and Bonnie Gibson (Bill Forbes).
Loving 'Nan' to Rob (Nicole), Doug (Mariette), Erin (Joel), Gayle (Steve), James (Natasha), Nicole (Stephen) and Brooke (Adam). Ruby was a 'Great-Nan' to Renee, Joshua, Adam, Ryan, Elyn, Reed, Ellie, Autumn, Charlotte, Luke, Madeleine, Callum and Abigail. Ruby will be remembered for all of her volunteer work.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 27, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the Norval United Church, 486 Guelph Street, Norval, Ontario L0P 1K0.
A lunch and reception will immediately follow the service at the Church.
In memory of Ruby, donations to the building of the new Norval United Church or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
