JACKSON, Anne - Age 84, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 27, 2018 with her loving family by her side at Credit Valley Hospital.
Beloved wife of Calvin Jackson for 51 years.
Dear mother of her boys Jonathan (Maria) and David (Jennifer).
Proud Grandma of Chuy and Jacob, Erin and Katie.
Predeceased by her late sister Jane Kastner. Forever remembered by her friends and extended family.
The family and friends will celebrate her life at Glen Oaks Funeral Home, Oakville, on Monday, September 24th at 10 a.m. for a visitation followed by a Memorial Service at 11 a.m. Reception to follow.
