Cameron DavidCAMERON, David  - (June 8, 1925 – August 30, 2018)

It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of David on Thursday, August 30, 2018, in his 94th year.

Beloved husband of Eileen and loving father of Donald (Anne) and Kathryn Davidson (Norm).

David was predeceased by his 2nd son Bryan (Tracy).

He was the cherished Grandfather of Heather, Andrew, Laurie, Ashley and William and also the Great-Grandfather of Emma and Aiden.

Dave was the dear brother to Mary and predeceased by his brothers Robert and Donald and also his sisters Marg, Thea and Nan. He was deeply loved by many nieces and nephews across Canada. David came to Canada when he was 5 years old, from Scotland. He was a World War II Navy Veteran and longtime retired employee of the Toronto Hydro.

David will be remembered as always being helpful towards family and friends whenever needed, his love of the Montreal Canadians, playing Euchre, cheating at Crazy Eights and "Two Sugars Please" in his coffee.

The family would like to thank the many kind and caring PSWs for their exceptional care of our father provided to him over the past year.

As per Dad's wishes, cremation has already taken place. A celebration of life for Dave will be announced at a later date. Arrangements entrusted with MacKinnon funeral home, Acton.

If desired, donations to the Guelph Humane Society or the Royal Canadian Legion – Milton Branch No. 136 would be appreciated by the family.

Family was everything to Dad and Dad – You were everything to us. Until we meet again, you remain forever in our hearts and "Second to None."
