HALL, Lyman James  - After a brief illness passed away September 12, 2018 in his 90th year.

Predeceased by his wife Wilda (nee Thompson).

Loving father of Gary (Donna), Larry and Sue.

Cherished Grandfather of Larry (Melanie), Sarah and Joe (Nikki) and Great-Grandfather to Taylor, Jesse and Benjamin. Predeceased by Nolan. Brother to Margery, Art, Madelene, Elda, Christie and Pat.

Predeceased by Joe, Blanche and Erma. Brother-in-law to Marion Thompson. Proud Uncle of many. He started the East Gwillimbury Force and then went on to the York Regional Police Force when it was formed. He retired after 30 years of Police Service.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 16th at the Taylor Funeral Home, Newmarket, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will on Monday, September 17th at 12 p.m. with visitation at 11 a.m. Interment to follow. A Reception will follow at the East Gwillimbury Sports Complex 1914 Mount Albert Road.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Palliative care unit of South Muskoka Hospital, Bracebridge or charity of your choice.
