GONCALVES, Jose Manuel - Passed away on Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre at the age of 64.
Survived by his children Melanie, Dominique and Justin (Kerra), grandchildren Cristiano and Adriano, siblings Joe (Lidia), Maria Rita (John).
A dear uncle to Kimberley (John), Jason (Kelly), Ryan (Lindsay), Andrew (Kitty), Leslie (Sar) and great-uncle to Anthony, Chiara, Gianmarco, Ellsa, Dean, Cassiana and Lucas.
Predeceased by his parents Carlos and Silvina Goncalves.
Visitation will be held at Highland Funeral Home, Scarborough on September 15, 2018 from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM followed by the service at 8:00 pm.
