FORMICA, Joan (nee Harding) - Passed away peacefully at her home in Toronto on Saturday September 15, 2018 in her 85th year.
Predeceased by her husbands Peter Bubulj and Tony Formica.
Survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and siblings.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 20th at 11 a.m. at Humphrey funeral home, A.W. Miles – Newbigging Chapel, CHAPEL, Toronto.
